U.S. President and Vice President

There are a number of Libertarians running for President of the United States. Information about most of them can be found on the national Libertarian Party website: LP.org/LibertyDecides.

Our President and Vice President candidates will be selected at the National Convention, Memorial Day weekend in Denver. If you would like to attend the convention as a delegate, contact us.

U.S. Senate

Larry Stafford is running for U.S. Senate in the November 2008 election.

Larry will champion leveraging the power of innovation to solve the real problems we face in:

Larry is 41 years old, married, an Army veteran, and the father of 3 daughters and 3 step-daughters. He is currently a truck driver for Reynolds Cartage.

U.S. House

Dan Druck is running for the 14th Congressional District. (That's Dennis Hastert's former seat, just temporarily won by Bill Foster.)

Dan is an Air Force veteran who has his own architectural firm and lives in Huntley. He ran for Congress against Phil Crane in 1996. He is a Nolan chart columnist.  

Dan is going to need approximately 14,000 petition signatures to get on the ballot. Ken Prazak, Dan's campaign manager, has already pledged 1,000 signatures.
